The web site Prices are valid on the date of ordering.

When you place an order with Hazel Dowd on this website, you place that “order with an obligation to pay” for that order, and Hazel Dowd will accept your order with a responsibility to provide you with the items that you have ordered.

We will endeavor to dispatch your goods within 5 working days. You should expect to receive your goods within 7-10 working days of the date of placing your order. If goods are out of stock, we will contact you to advise the approximate date of dispatch. If you do not wish to proceed with the order, please follow our cancellation terms as set out below.

To Change or Cancel an Order:
Handmade items, such as dolls, hats or other requested bespoke items including custom-made / tailor-made and or personalized items and are not subject to cancellation through the distance selling regulations.

Any Change to an order or cancelling an order prior must be made before your goods being despatched. please notify us in writing or by email to hazel.dowd@minis4all.com. Any payment will be refunded within 7 workings days following your cancellation, providing the goods have not already been despatched. We do not accept cancellations or changes to order by telephone.

Refusing delivery of any purchased items in a bid to cancel or not will mean that the items you have purchased will then be returned to Hazel Dowd, and you will then be required to arrange your own courier to get the items picked up.

Returns & Refunds:
If you have received damaged or incorrect goods, or if you are in anyway dissatisfied with the goods you receive, please notify us within 14 working days of receiving the item, contact us in writing or by emailing hazel.dowd@minis4all.com stating the reason for the return. We will ask you to return the goods to us within 14 days for a replacement or full refund. Please return the goods by recorded delivery which gives you proof of postage. A refund of the delivery costs you have incurred when returning the goods to us, no greater than the original delivery charge, will be given if the item is found to have been incorrectly supplied from the original order or delivered to you in error.

The time limits for cancellation are as follows:
In accordance with the new Consumer Contracts Regulations which replace the distance selling regulations customers are given 14 Days after the delivery day in which you have the right to cancel your order. You will be offered a full refund including any basic initial included delivery charges, please note that whole the cost of returning cancelled items, by courier or other means is the responsibility of the customer. Cancelled items must be returned within 14 days of your notification of cancellation. Any bespoke, tailor-made, personalised or custom made items are not subject to cancellation at all. Our pre-contractual terms are that any cancelled orders/Items are returned at the customers own expense.
